Counseling & Wellness is staffed with full-time licensed mental health professionals, and located at Oceanview Hall (next to the Campus Store) on 1000 S. Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.

Requirements
All students attending our West Palm Beach campus must complete the health forms listed below. These forms should be submitted through MedProctor by August 1st for students beginning in the fall semester and by December 1st for those starting in the spring semester. Graduate, Evening, Pharmacy, DNP, Part-time, and Ph.D. students

- TB Risk Screening Electronic Form
- Immunization Form
- Physical Form (must be completed by a medical professional within the past 12 months)
- TB Clinical Assessment (only required if the student answered “yes” in any part of the TB Risk Screening Form)

The university does not offer a school-sponsored insurance plan. However, it is strongly recommended that students obtain coverage while enrolled at PBA, as the university acknowledges the significance of healthcare protection for its community. PBA is not affiliated with United Healthcare. We strongly advise students to review the policies of the student health insurance plan carefully before purchasing coverage.
